This is in an industrial area of Pomona, south of Holt, west of Indian Hill. There is a Car Wash (does great job) on the corner of Hershey and Holt.
This is a clean well maintained place. Has someone in the office monitoring the cameras M-Sa.
There has always been someone else at the storage unit dropping off or picking up their stuff. Other renters were courteous by saying yes I'll move or give me 5 minutes.
Most of the time I could go around.
There is no electric plug, so bring a camping light or flashlight.
The prices are lower most other storage units in the area. Was told the rented price is good for one year. When there is a price increase, it's not been more than $20 and usually only $10 per month.
I paid for the whole year and got the 13th month free. They require a certain type of lock, which I already owned. But they had them for sale.
There are 2 cons to this place.
The gate code box is hard to enter the code while seated in the car. Maybe my arms are too short.
There is no public restroom.“
