The following are frequently asked questions about our facility and services. If you have a question you don't see here, please contact us today.

When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime after you complete the rental paper work and make payment.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 10 day written notice before you move out. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.
What is my responsibility if my address changes?
You must provide the rental office with written notice of your complete new mailing address, new phone numbers and email too. Once we acknowledge the new information in writing it is considered valid.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a Government issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport) and a valid credit card or other proof of identity. Ask the manager for details.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. However our minimum term is also one month.
Am I required to have insurance before I move in?
We advise all customers to have insurance before moving in to protect your property and ours.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
That depends. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit. Some of our facilities have 24 hour access based on approval. Some have more limited access when staff is on site. Please note what times you will have access as each facility may differ. The office is closed on certain holidays.
How do I make a payment?
We recommend the you enroll in the “auto-pay” program at the time of rental. We simply charge your credit or debit card each month when rent is due. Never worry, never be late! You may also pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies at our facility. You can view a list of our inventory on our website. These are good quality products sold at rock bottom prices.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance. Because you know best the size of your furniture or how much “stuff” you need to store we encourage you to visit the property and view several different sizes so we can select the best fit for you.
Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do I need an appointment?
We encourage appointments but it’s not required. Stop by any time during our office hours to receive a complimentary tour of our facility.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
Some customers bring their own locks at the time of move-in; however we also have all brass padlocks and disk locks available for purchase (usually for less than WalMart).
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
